Thank You for a Great Year!

From concerts and performances to events, fundraisers, and celebrations, the CMS Band Program enjoyed another outstanding year thanks to the dedication of our students, directors, families, volunteers, and supporters.

The year concluded with two outstanding performances: the 4th & 5th Grade Spring Concert and the CMS Spring Band Concert. Both concerts showcased the hard work, growth, and musical accomplishments of our student musicians and reflected their dedication throughout the year.

Students, families, directors, volunteers, and supporters also gathered at the annual CMS Band Banquet to celebrate the many accomplishments, friendships, and memories made throughout the year. The evening provided an opportunity to recognize our students, enjoy time together as a band community, and reflect on another successful year for the program.

Thank you to our directors, students, families, volunteers, school administration, and community supporters for everything you do to support the CMS Band Program. Special appreciation goes to Lia's Catering for providing the banquet meal, the many families who generously donated salads, desserts, beverages, and other items that helped make the banquet a success, and MVP Sports for partnering with the CMS Band Program on this year's commemorative band beanies.

CMS Band students continue to make us proud through their dedication, teamwork, leadership, and commitment throughout the year. Their accomplishments reflect not only their hard work, but also the support and encouragement of the entire CMS Band community.

Planning for another exciting year is already underway, and additional information about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved will be shared throughout the summer on the CMS Band Beat and through email updates.

Thank you for another wonderful year of music, memories, and support. Have a safe and enjoyable summer, and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Get Involved for 2026–2027

As we head into the summer months and look ahead to the 2026–2027 school year, the CMS Band Booster Association invites all band families to become involved in supporting our students, directors, and band programs. 

We also welcome our incoming 5th Grade Band families and encourage them to explore the many ways to get involved as we look forward to another great year of music, growth, and community.

Volunteer, committee, and Board Officer opportunities are available for the 2026–2027 school year. Whether you are interested in helping with events and fundraisers, serving on a committee, or exploring a Board leadership role, there are many ways to get involved.

Families are encouraged to complete the Leadership & Volunteer Interest Form. Individuals interested in Board Officer consideration should submit the form by August 14, 2026. Information regarding Board Officer opportunities, the nomination process, and election timeline is available through the form.

2026 Proposed Bylaws Approved by Membership

Thank you to all band families who participated in the membership vote. The proposed CMS Band Booster Association bylaws have been approved by the membership.
