The CMS Concert Band is the core ensemble of our band program. Students build their musical skills throughout the year through rehearsals, ensemble playing, and preparation for concerts and other performances.

CMS Jazz Band gives students in Grades 6–8 the opportunity to explore jazz music, develop their musical skills, and perform as part of an additional ensemble. Students gain experience with different musical styles while building confidence and growing as musicians.

Rehearsals take place after school until 4:15 PM.

Indoor Guard & Percussion gives students another way to perform and represent CMS through a combination of music, movement, and visual performance during the indoor season.

PMEA Band Fest is a specialized musical gathering for selected student musicians in 5th/6th Grade hosted by the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association.
